It’s been quite awhile since I contributed to my blog. I committed the worst sin of blogging… failure to blog. I founded the blog in 2008 and have been posting off and on since then. I chose to name it, “The Payroll Experience” back then because the experience is what it’s all about right? It’s the customer experience, the employee experience, and of course your own experience in the world of payroll and HRIS related industries.
As I was pondering getting back on the wagon, I was looking through my old stuff and realized that it was kind of tilted in a way I’m not heading today (a bit too sales focused, and not focused on the big picture). Fresh start time!
How is that you ask?
- I purged all of my questionable old posts.
- I’ve moved the blog off of that crusty old Blogger site and re-freshed things a bit with a simple, clean look. It will be an ongoing evolution.
- And last but not least, I’m re-focusing the blog on the end-to-end employee experience at work. Sure there will be payroll stuff, but not exclusively.
So, with that said, let’s see if I can keep set a cadence and keep things rolling!
